I have the same thing pretty frequently and I totally agree that the feeling is often way worse than whatever the original dream was. I don't have a problem remembering my dreams, but I often wonder what they are supposed to mean. I guess dreams don't have to mean anything but it still would be interesting to have a few interpreted sometime. I’m with you on the sleep paralysis.
