Also, I agree with you about the beauty of the environment at OakHaven. They take the "make the environment beautiful" portion of the Montessori pedagogy very seriously! The kids will be lucky to have you. I'm sure almost all Montessori teachers have this enthusiasm about what they do, but what better quality could there be in a teacher, and you definitely have it.
